How far will you travel?
As for as you'd like me to! I have photographed all over the UK and overseas. We obviously just have to discuss travel arrangements and costs. But generally, anything within a 2 hour drive from our office in Surrey is non-chargeable.
How long until I see the results from the shoot and how can I view them?
It depends on your requirements. Small numbers of images can be turned around very quickly for press releases etc. Generally your pictures will be available to view online within 5-7 working days of the shoot. We will give you a password so you can access your own private gallery on this website. This way also clients of yours can also view and if you wish purchase their own copies of the images, from an event for example, and you don't have to get involved in taking orders and payments.
How do we receive the images from the shoot?
You will receive a CD or DVD with high resolution jpgs in both black + white and colour. I will also include low resolution files in order for the images to be reviewed quickly. They can also be made available to view online at no extra cost.
Who owns the copyright?
The 1998 Copyright, Designs and Patents Act assigns copyright to Paparella / Nina Duncan. You may not copy the photographs taken or allow copies to be made photographically, electronically, or by any other means. The pictures will be licensed to your company for unlimited non-exclusive usage for print, web etc.
Can I buy prints from you?
Yes! And we also have a wide range of fantastic display products on offer which we can tell you more about when we chat about what you'd like from us.
