We like your work… what do we do next? Please drop us an email to see if Nina is free on the date of your wedding and also to book a time to meet up to discuss your requirements and have a look through some albums etc. When you have made your final decision to have Paparella photograph your day, we require a £250 booking fee to secure your date with us.
If we book Paparella will Nina be our photographer? Yes! Nina personally photographs all the weddings booked through Paparella.
How many pictures can I expect to receive? On average if I am covering the entire day including some fun on the dancefloor shots at the evening reception you can expect to receive between 800-1200 I have a problem in that I LOVE taking pictures! These numbers are only estimates and may vary.
Do you shoot in Black and white or colour? We shoot using the latest digital 35mm camera equipment. This means as well as there being no limit on the amount of images we can shoot for you all the images can be viewed and printed in black and white & colour, it’s up to you.
What will you wear? Usually Nina and her assistant will be dressed in simple smart black outfits so as not to stand out from your guests. However we have attended a Hawaiian Tiki themed wedding with a bright and funky dress code, so if you’d like us to work in specific attire just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you!
Do you require food on the day? Yes please! Sometimes venues will provide us with the same food as you are having or make a platter of sandwiches to keep us going. More than anything, water and snacks are great to keep us fed and watered!
What if Nina is ill on the wedding day? Paparella will do everything to provide a photographer for your day. We are members of the Wedding Group, a network of trusted photographers we can call upon should we need to.
How far will you travel? As for as you’d like me to! I have photographed both weddings and families overseas. We obviously just have to discuss travel arrangements and costs. But generally, anything within a 2 hour drive from our office in Surrey is non-chargeable.
How long until I see the results from the shoot and how can I view them? Generally your pictures will be available to view on your return from honeymoon. We will give you a password so you can access your own private gallery on this website. This way also family and friends can view and purchase their own copies of the images, and you don’t have to get involved in taking orders and payments.
Who owns the copyright? The 1998 Copyright, Designs and Patents Act assigns copyright to Paparella / Nina Duncan. You may not copy the photographs taken or allow copies to be made photographically, electronically, or by any other means.
Can I buy just prints from you? Yes! Although we have a wide range of albums, frames, canvases and other fantastic display products on offer, you are welcome to just purchase prints from us.
How long are the images kept online? The images remain on the Paparella website under your private password for 6 months. If you require them to be accessible for longer then please let us know. Once they are removed we still hold backed up master copies of your images so you can come back to us long after your shoot and still order images should you wish to do so.
